Hashemi Eye Care ("we," "our," or "us") operates www.hashemieyecare.com, including the patient education library at www.hashemieyecare.com/education (the "Service"). Please do not include medical details in the contact form; clinical questions belong in a visit or a call to the office.

We do not send contact-form fields or message contents to analytics.

Contact Form Data

If you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and coordinate appointments, is transmitted to our office email, and is not used for marketing.

Tracking & Cookies Data

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights provide anonymized traffic and performance measurements without using cookies.

On our production website, the Google Analytics loader is available, but analytics and advertising storage are denied by default. Google Analytics is configured and may set first-party analytics cookies only when a browser already has a previously saved "granted" analytics choice. The Service no longer displays an analytics preference prompt or control, so a new visitor cannot grant that choice through the website. We do not send contact-form values or message contents to Google Analytics. You can limit or delete cookies through your browser controls or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
